S/he accepts customer complaints and support requests from Level 1 to Level 3 and provides the right solution to simple problems. The IT Supporter sends more complex issues to the appropriate departments at ComputerButler. At the same time the IT-Supporter forms the interaction between customers, departments and field staff. The employee analyzes incoming requests and performs a complete and accurate documentation to facilitate troubleshooting for other departments.
As the first point of contact with customers, an IT Supporter at ComputerButler makes an important contribution to customer satisfaction. Since the requests are mainly related to error reports and complaints, the IT supporter must be very communicative. The goal is always to troubleshoot as quickly as possible. Depending on the task, the errors are also fixed directly via remote access on the client computer.
The IT system administrator takes care of the functioning and security of the internal and external network as well as the hardware and software required for this. He is very familiar with technology and applications and advises individual departments. At the same time, maintenance and data backups are carried out in the network. Several years of professional experience and the latest knowledge are required, as the employee must be informed about the latest developments in order to ensure uninterrupted operation.
