Just come to our branch with the faulty device, for bigger problems we are happy to come to your home. If a computer is faulty, it is usually possible to repair it. In most cases this is also cheaper than buying a new device. This way you stay with the old device and do not have to get used to the new working conditions. We offer you the possibility to talk to an IT technician via our service lines. Minor problems can thus be solved remotely.

How we proceed

If you bring a device to our branch for repair, we first get an idea of the problem. One conversation with you is enough to find out whether the fault is in the software or hardware. In the case of a hardware fault, we check the individual parts for damage and replace them as necessary. In case of a software problem, we maintain the system from scratch and set everything up according to your wishes. Your data will be backed up during this process. If it is a major problem, we will discuss your options with you in a personal meeting. We are happy to advise you in the direction of a new acquisition of your server system. We suggest you, depending upon desire, a version co-ordinated for it. If you have decided to purchase, we will handle the acquisition for you. We take over the installation of the new systems for you. Our service lines are open for you during normal business hours and we will be happy to answer your questions about our services.
